Free UX audit of any web page.

Enter a URL and Clikiti reviews the page the way a UX lead would: does it make clear what is on offer, is the next step obvious, and where will a first-time visitor get stuck. You get a verdict naming the biggest usability problem, quoted from the page itself, plus the top issues and a score.

What it checks

What the UX audit looks at

  • AIA judgement-based review

An AI reviewer reads the page’s headings, navigation, buttons, forms and copy and names the problems a rule cannot see: an unclear offer, a confusing order or missing trust signals. Each finding must quote the page.

  • H4Dead clicks

Elements styled to look clickable that are not real links or buttons, so taps and keyboard users go nowhere.

  • H8Competing calls to action

Several different primary-sounding actions near the top of the page, which splits attention.

  • CTAA late or missing next step

Pages whose first real action arrives after most of the text, or that have no clear action at all.

  • H5Form friction

Long forms, fields without autocomplete and forms that do not submit anywhere.

  • H2Copy clarity

Very long sentences, filler vocabulary and vague link text that make the page harder to scan.

Reading your results

How to read the report.

Verdict
Read this first. It names the single biggest usability problem on the page, in two to four sentences.
ux findings
Findings tagged ux are usability issues. High means a visitor may be unable to finish what they came to do; Medium means friction that costs some of them.
Heuristic tags
The H-numbers above refer to Nielsen’s usability heuristics the rule checks map to, such as H4 consistency and standards and H5 error prevention.
Score
The 0–100 score blends usability with accessibility, speed and SEO, because visitors feel all of them.

Questions

Free UX audit FAQ.

What is included in a UX audit?

Here: an AI usability review of the page with a verdict and judgement-based findings, plus rule checks for dead clicks, competing calls to action, a late or missing next step, form friction and copy clarity. The same scan also covers accessibility and speed.

Is the UX audit done by a person?

No. The review is written by an AI model given the page’s real structure and copy, and it is instructed to report only problems it can tie to that page. Rule-based checks run alongside it. Use it as a fast first pass, not a replacement for user testing.

Does it use Nielsen’s heuristics?

The rule checks map to Nielsen’s usability heuristics, mainly consistency and standards, error prevention, match with the real world, and aesthetic and minimalist design. It is not a full ten-heuristic expert evaluation.

Which pages should I audit?

Start with the homepage, where most first visits land, then the page with your main form or checkout. The audit covers one URL at a time.

How is this different from a usability test?

A usability test watches real people use the site. This audit inspects the page and flags likely problems in about a minute, which makes it a good way to decide what to test or fix first.
